Terms of use

Last updated 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the IMT Logic website at imtlogic.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern the platform. Access to the incident management application at app.imtlogic.com is provided to customer organisations under a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement takes precedence for platform users.
To be completed before publication Registered company name and registered address (section 1), and the governing law and courts (section 9).

1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by IMT Logic (Integrated Management Technology). "We", "us" and "our" refer to that company. "You" refers to anyone using the site.

2. Using the site

You may read the site, and submit an enquiry through the form on it. You may not:

We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice. The site is provided free of charge and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. The enquiry form

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, does not oblige us to provide an exercise, a demonstration or any other service, and does not oblige you to buy anything. We will use the details you give us to reply, as described in our privacy policy. Please give us accurate details — we cannot respond usefully to an enquiry we cannot verify or reply to.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, diagrams, product screenshots, the IMT Logic name and logo, and the design and arrangement of the site itself — belongs to us or is used by us under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or exploit it without our written permission.

Standards and frameworks referred to on this site — including the Incident Command System and the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System — belong to their respective owners. Referring to them describes what our software is designed to support; it does not imply endorsement, certification or affiliation.

5. What the site says about the product

The site describes what IMT Logic is designed to do. Every deployment is configured to the customer organisation's own framework, procedures and requirements, so the exact scope of a given implementation is what is set out in that customer's written agreement, not what is summarised on a web page. If a specific capability matters to a decision you are making, ask us about it directly and we will tell you plainly where it stands.

6. Not emergency management advice

The content on this site is general information about software. It is not professional advice on emergency planning, risk assessment, safety, regulatory compliance or incident command, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for your own organisation's approved plans and procedures.

IMT Logic is a tool for running a response. It does not make decisions, and it does not replace the judgement of the people holding the roles. Responsibility for a response and for the decisions taken during it remains with the responding organisation.

7. Links to other sites

Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site; we provide the site "as is"; and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Liability arising in connection with the platform is dealt with in the customer agreement, not here.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IMT Logic is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Contacting us

Questions about these terms go to admin@imtlogic.com.

These terms are drafted to describe how this site and this product actually work. They are not legal advice, and they should be reviewed by a qualified adviser in the jurisdiction the company operates in before they are relied on.
