Incident management software

One platform connecting your people, plans and resources.

IMT Logic connects your existing plans with real-time incident management, helping teams turn information into coordinated action — a clearer, faster and more coordinated response, whether the team is in the room or spread across three time zones.

Book a tabletop exercise See what it does No cost and no obligation. We run the exercise for your team, in your own scenario, using the platform. You keep the record of it either way.

The challenge

Integrating emergency planning with real-time response is one of the biggest challenges organisations face.

The dynamic nature of an incident can quickly test an organisation's existing plans, management arrangements and communication systems.

IMT Logic integrates your emergency management framework, plans and response functions into one shared platform, supporting coordinated action and a common operating picture in real time.

A folder, a whiteboard and a spreadsheet

  • Incident information is not visible remotely or in real time.
  • The scribe function is often overwhelmed with information from multiple sources.
  • Fragmented information chain: difficult to establish who recorded, changed or communicated information, and when.
  • Handovers and briefings without accurate data can increase operational risk.
  • Actions are tracked manually, without automated reminders or escalation when target completion times are approaching or overdue.

With IMT Logic

  • Everyone has the same common operating picture, updating live, wherever they are.
  • Each function can record activity, which feeds directly into the incident log.
  • Checklists come from your own approved plans, according to incident type and location.
  • Every action, decision and message is timestamped and attributed as it happens.
  • Handover produces a written brief showing all outstanding actions according to priority.
  • Anything past its target time flags itself and is visible to all team members.

What it does

Bringing emergency plans and operational response together.

IMT Logic turns your established emergency procedures into a live, adaptable incident management system. Your command structure, your functions, your checklists — loaded as data, not rebuilt as software.

Your plans, made live

Function checklists are layered and editable, ensuring priority tasks are not lost. Approved versions are frozen, and IMT Logic records which version was used.

Actions with a time on them

Every action has an owner, a priority and a target time. Anything past its target flags itself as late, worked out from the clock rather than from a manual input.

Live on every screen

A tick in the control room appears on the laptop of the person joining from home in the same second. Lose signal and it resynchronises on its own rather than quietly showing you an old picture.

Shift handover that means something

Taking a position shows you what is still open on it before you accept it. Who held which role, and between which times, becomes part of the record — a different question from who pressed the button.

A log that cannot be rewritten

Everything is recorded as it happens, with a name and a time against it, and the log is append-only at the database level. That is what makes it worth something in an investigation months later.

Roles, not free-for-all

Incident commander, section lead, facilitator, observer. Each sees what they should and can change only what they should — enforced on the server, so hiding a button is never mistaken for a permission.

The action tracker: numbered actions with owner, position and target time. Two are
past their target time and are marked late, with the amount of time shown
                against each.
The action tracker. Foam resupply and the firewater confirmation are both past the time they were wanted by, and said so without anybody having to notice.

The platform

A fully integrated incident management platform.

Connecting command, planning, operations, resources and information through a shared Common Operating Picture. The platform is designed to support all of the below, and is configured to the way your own organisation works as part of setting it up.

Standards & integration

  • ICS & AIIMS Compatible

Designed to support both ICS and AIIMS frameworks, with incident forms and records updating dynamically as information changes.

  • Integrated Pre-Incident Plans

Connect emergency plans, tactical response guides, procedures and pre-incident information directly into the live incident environment.

  • Secure Incident Recording

Maintain a clear, accountable and time-stamped incident record, built to support internationally recognised incident-management, information-security and records-management principles.

Command & coordination

  • Scalable Incident Organisation

Expand or contract the incident-management structure dynamically according to the size, complexity and operational needs of the event.

  • Clear Command Structure

Support formal establishment and transfer of command, with defined reporting lines, chain of command and unity of command.

  • Unified Command

Enable multiple agencies, departments or organisations to work toward shared incident objectives while retaining their individual responsibilities and authority.

Objectives, planning & operations

  • Management by Objectives

Align operational activity around clearly defined, measurable and prioritised incident objectives.

  • Incident Action Planning

Develop and share Incident Action Plans that bring together objectives, strategies, tactical assignments, responsibilities and operational-period priorities.

  • Controlled Deployment

Support structured dispatch and deployment so personnel and resources are requested, assigned and tracked through the appropriate command channels.

Resources, accountability & handover

  • Comprehensive Resource Management

Track personnel, teams, equipment and critical resources throughout mobilisation, deployment, operations and demobilisation.

  • Secure Incident Reporting

Capture accurate, timely incident reports and attachments with built-in security, access controls and audit trails.

  • Operational Accountability & Handover

Maintain a complete record of personnel, assignments, decisions, actions and operational status, supporting clear accountability and seamless handover between personnel, shifts and command teams.

Remote incident management

A true incident management team is rarely all in one place.

Teams are often dispersed across different locations, with site personnel, duty managers, technical specialists and senior leaders all requiring timely access to the same information. IMT Logic provides a shared, real-time common operating picture, with observer access for stakeholders who need full visibility without the ability to alter the incident record.

  • Nothing to install. It runs in a browser, on a laptop, a tablet or a phone.
  • Full visibility in real time. One common operating picture.

Exercises and training

Drill in the system you would actually use.

Tabletop exercises are developed for each major incident event and can be delivered for any phase of the response.

  • Run a tabletop on the real platform. Your team practises using the system rather than a script.
  • The exercise writes its own record. Every decision, timed and attributed, ready for the debrief.
  • Facilitator controls and timed injects.

Who it is for

Organisations managing risk and emergency coordination proactively.

IMT Logic can be applied to all industries and incident scenarios.

Sectors

Oil and Gas & Resources sector Mining and minerals processing Ports, maritime and transport Utilities and energy networks Chemicals and heavy industry Healthcare facilities and providers Public sector and municipalities

Incident types

Fire and explosion Hazardous-material or chemical release Oil spill and environmental incident Medical emergency and mass-casualty event Security threat and hostile act Natural hazard and severe-weather event Transport, aviation and maritime incident Structural collapse and confined-space rescue

Security and information

Secure storage, for compliant investigation and lessons learnt.

A complete and trustworthy incident record is essential for maintaining accountability, supporting handovers and demonstrating how the response was managed. It also provides reliable evidence for debriefing, investigation, regulatory review and lessons learnt long after the incident has concluded.

  • Append-only incident record. Entries can be added and never edited or removed — enforced by the database, not by a policy document.
  • Separation between organisations. Enforced below the application, so a fault in the software still cannot show one client another's data.
  • Encrypted in transit, backed up nightly.
  • Runs in your own environment. Hosted by us, or deployed into your own Microsoft Azure tenancy if your IT requires it.
  • Sign in with Microsoft 365 work accounts.

About

IMT Logic

IMT Logic — Integrated Management Technology — builds incident management software for organisations whose emergency response has to hold up under real pressure. The platform takes an organisation's own emergency plans, command structure and function checklists and makes them live, so a response is coordinated from one shared operating picture rather than from a folder, a whiteboard and a spreadsheet.

We work directly with each organisation to configure the system around its existing framework, procedures and terminology, and we deliver tabletop exercises on the platform itself so a team practises in the system it would actually use.
