Incident management software
IMT Logic connects your existing plans with real-time incident management, helping teams turn information into coordinated action — a clearer, faster and more coordinated response, whether the team is in the room or spread across three time zones.
The challenge
The dynamic nature of an incident can quickly test an organisation's existing plans, management arrangements and communication systems.
IMT Logic integrates your emergency management framework, plans and response functions into one shared platform, supporting coordinated action and a common operating picture in real time.
What it does
IMT Logic turns your established emergency procedures into a live, adaptable incident management system. Your command structure, your functions, your checklists — loaded as data, not rebuilt as software.
Function checklists are layered and editable, ensuring priority tasks are not lost. Approved versions are frozen, and IMT Logic records which version was used.
Every action has an owner, a priority and a target time. Anything past its target flags itself as late, worked out from the clock rather than from a manual input.
A tick in the control room appears on the laptop of the person joining from home in the same second. Lose signal and it resynchronises on its own rather than quietly showing you an old picture.
Taking a position shows you what is still open on it before you accept it. Who held which role, and between which times, becomes part of the record — a different question from who pressed the button.
Everything is recorded as it happens, with a name and a time against it, and the log is append-only at the database level. That is what makes it worth something in an investigation months later.
Incident commander, section lead, facilitator, observer. Each sees what they should and can change only what they should — enforced on the server, so hiding a button is never mistaken for a permission.
The platform
Connecting command, planning, operations, resources and information through a shared Common Operating Picture. The platform is designed to support all of the below, and is configured to the way your own organisation works as part of setting it up.
Designed to support both ICS and AIIMS frameworks, with incident forms and records updating dynamically as information changes.
Connect emergency plans, tactical response guides, procedures and pre-incident information directly into the live incident environment.
Maintain a clear, accountable and time-stamped incident record, built to support internationally recognised incident-management, information-security and records-management principles.
Expand or contract the incident-management structure dynamically according to the size, complexity and operational needs of the event.
Support formal establishment and transfer of command, with defined reporting lines, chain of command and unity of command.
Enable multiple agencies, departments or organisations to work toward shared incident objectives while retaining their individual responsibilities and authority.
Align operational activity around clearly defined, measurable and prioritised incident objectives.
Develop and share Incident Action Plans that bring together objectives, strategies, tactical assignments, responsibilities and operational-period priorities.
Support structured dispatch and deployment so personnel and resources are requested, assigned and tracked through the appropriate command channels.
Track personnel, teams, equipment and critical resources throughout mobilisation, deployment, operations and demobilisation.
Capture accurate, timely incident reports and attachments with built-in security, access controls and audit trails.
Maintain a complete record of personnel, assignments, decisions, actions and operational status, supporting clear accountability and seamless handover between personnel, shifts and command teams.
Remote incident management
Teams are often dispersed across different locations, with site personnel, duty managers, technical specialists and senior leaders all requiring timely access to the same information. IMT Logic provides a shared, real-time common operating picture, with observer access for stakeholders who need full visibility without the ability to alter the incident record.
Exercises and training
Tabletop exercises are developed for each major incident event and can be delivered for any phase of the response.
Who it is for
IMT Logic can be applied to all industries and incident scenarios.

Security and information
A complete and trustworthy incident record is essential for maintaining accountability, supporting handovers and demonstrating how the response was managed. It also provides reliable evidence for debriefing, investigation, regulatory review and lessons learnt long after the incident has concluded.
The best way to see it
Run a tabletop exercise using a scenario relevant to your organisation. Your team will use IMT Logic in their assigned response roles, allowing you to evaluate the platform while conducting a practical exercise that supports preparedness, coordination and organisational learning.
About
IMT Logic — Integrated Management Technology — builds incident management software for organisations whose emergency response has to hold up under real pressure. The platform takes an organisation's own emergency plans, command structure and function checklists and makes them live, so a response is coordinated from one shared operating picture rather than from a folder, a whiteboard and a spreadsheet.
We work directly with each organisation to configure the system around its existing framework, procedures and terminology, and we deliver tabletop exercises on the platform itself so a team practises in the system it would actually use.
